By using LigueCall, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Usage

Our service allows you to place voice calls worldwide from your web browser. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Any misuse (including scams, illegal activities, spam or mass-calling operations) may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of remaining credits.

3. Call Credits and Billing

Calls are charged based on the rates published on our site. Credits must be purchased in advance to place calls. Rates may change with notice. Unless required by law, unused credits are non-refundable.

4. Call Quality and Availability

We strive to provide high-quality voice service, but call quality depends on factors such as your internet connection. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for interruptions beyond our control.

5. Privacy and Call Data

We store minimal call metadata necessary for billing and service improvement. Call audio content is not recorded or stored. Your use of the service is governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Emergency Calls

LigueCall is not a replacement for traditional phone service and must not be used for emergency calling. We cannot guarantee access to emergency services. For emergencies, use a traditional telephone line.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a money-back guarantee for customers who are not satisfied with our service and who have not substantially consumed their credit package. To request a refund, email support@liguecall.com. Requests are processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds may be denied if a significant portion of credits has been used without raising a service-quality issue. Make-up credits may be provided for calls that fail due to service errors.
